Accelerated Reader

Children enjoy using Accelerated Reader. They enjoy completing quizzes after each book they've read and getting certificates for their achievements. It's also an easy way for children to see their progress through their increasing ZPD (Zone of Proximal Development).

We have been using Accelerated Reader for a while now, however, here are some useful documents if you have any questions or want to use Home Connect which is a resource to help parents. If you have a book at home your child wants to read, you can search and see if it is appropriate for their ZPD.
