All aboard...
The coaches were waiting outside school and we eagerly climbed on!!
We explored all of the areas of the farm. Here we are looking at the small breeds and the animals that live in the Round House.
Our tour guides were called Harriet and Jenny, they walked us through the different animal houses and told us lots of interesting facts. We learnt lots of new things about the animals. Harriet and Jenny told us about the eating and sleeping habits of the different animals. We enjoyed feeding and watching the animals.

We really enjoyed the sheep racing. Can you remember which sheep won?
Even the ferrets were racing, though they weren't quite as enthusiastic as the sheep!
We stood up on the gallery to watch the cows being milked. After the cows had been walked back to their pen the farmer selected a goat to be milked. It was interesting to watch this and see how much milk comes from each animal.
The many different play areas were fantastic!!
After a fun packed day we were exhausted and for some of us a power nap was needed on the way home!
