The 3D Printer

I'm sure you will all have heard about the 3D printer we were lucky enough to borrow.

It was amazing!

The first thing we needed to do was to design the model we wanted to make.

To do this we used the program called 2Simple.

We needed to put our individual Username and Password in first!

It was tricky to remember!

We choose and changed the model we wanted to create using the different tabs.

When we were happy with it we made sure we saved it!

The time finally came to start the 3D printer for it make our models.

We were so excited!

We learnt that the Filament made the models. Our Filament was yellow but you can get different colours.

We carefully pressed "Start" and watched how the Filament turned into our models.

"It smells funny" said Theo!

We loved playing with our models when they had been made.

"It's spikey at the end. Mine's really thick" said Elias.

"Mine's hard" said Ellis E.

"This one is rough like sand" said Skye.

Mr Milne visited us and he managed to make the film character "Groot".

The shark pegs were brilliant. They even worked!
