Forest Week

We had a great time learning new skills in the Forest Area. In teams we built a shelter and designed our very own water filtration system. Andy Goldsworthy inspired us in our art work to create natural pictures and sculptures from any materials we could find in the forest area. Walking around the surrounding woodland we took inspiration from the trees to create our very own mud monsters.

Finishing the week off we toasted marshmallows over the campfire and got to sample Mrs Bamforth's 'nettle crisps'! Our parents were invited to come and have a look at what we had been up to and they were all very impressed.
