Super Skeletons

In Science, we have began looking at our bodies. We have already found out that there are 3 types of skeletons: Endoskeleton, Exoskeleton and Hydrostatic Skeleton. Ask your children to see if they remember what they all are!

The children moved onto looking at bones.; looking at their common names and then their scientific names. We knew all of the common names but we were unsure of scientific names. How many do you know?

We enjoyed working together to cut out our bones and stick them all together in the right places (well most of them!) We then labelled our skeleton bones. We are happy with our skeletons that we've nicknamed them 'skellybobs'.
