It was a very wet start to our residential but it didn't put us off!
Archery was fun and a few actually hit the bulls eye, including Mr Milne!
The children loved building their own buggy , especially riding on it at the end.
All the tasks we did involved teamwork. The children were able to resolve problems, come up with great ideas, give and follow instructions.
Crate stack involved team work to see how high they could build the crates. The highest we got was 15!
The children were so brave in abseiling. One of the girls challenged Mrs Upperdine to do it but she was too scared.
In scrapheap challenge the children had to create something to wear, then they had a fashion show, the children were very creative, Miss Spall loved her outfit.
The first problem solving task was to make their own beds.
Night line was a blindfolded obstacle course, they had to listen for instructions from the leader.
The food was delicious!
It actually stopped raining for our camp fire. We sang songs and ate marshmallows.
They had a favourite song and drove us crazy singing it at every opportunity!
Mr Field loved joining in with the actions.
Laser Tag was a bit scary because it was dark but also lots of fun.
All the children enjoyed their residential experience at Kingswood, as did the staff.
