Autumn Leaves are falling down!

This week the children have explored the forest looking for the signs of Autumn.

Some children used colour swatches to help them collect a variety of coloured leaves.

The found a medium sized stick and pierced the leaves onto it, creating a leaf kebab!

Some children collected lots of leaves and threaded them onto string to make a Foxy Tail!

They loved running through the forest pretending to be foxes!

Some children had lots of fun exploring the texture of the mud to make handprint trees.

First the mud was too dry so the children decided they needed to add some water, this made 'yucky wet mud!'

The children used the mud to make handprint tree trunks before collecting lots of autumn leaves to decorate it.
