Mini Medics

We walked over to big school to meet Louise from Mini Medics. 

Louise showed us the different equipment in a First Aid Kit.

We learnt how we to help someone who was very poorly, by ringing 999 for an ambulance.   

We did great listening! 

We met Boris, and Louise showed us how we could help someone who was choking. 

Louise showed us how we can check if someone is breathing.

We felt our breath on our hand and moved our head lower to feel the breath from someone on our cheek. 

We learnt about wounds and bleeding. Louise showed us how to apply and wrap a bandage. 

We enjoyed practising with the bandages on our friends.
