Remembrance

We have been learning how the soldiers and animals were brave during the war, and how we remember them using poppies.

We watched the BBC Children's remembrance film showing how the war was experienced by the animals.

We discussed how frightened the rabbit was, hiding under the soldier's helmet, because of the fighting.  You can watch it here... 

We made our own poppy pictures, painting and printing.

We made poppies on our biscuits using red icing and chocolate.

We made poppies with our red play dough and black pebbles.
