Posting our Christmas Cards

We have been learning about the postal service and what happens to our Christmas Cards when we post them in the Post Box. 

We know our envelopes need our addresses and a stamp on. 

We watched Lenny the Letter to see where our letters would go. You can watch it here... 

We walked to and from the Post Box, and saw the Post Van on the way back. We think he was going to collect our cards. 

The Postman opened the back doors and we had a look inside the Post Van.

We saw the large bags of mail ready for the sorting office. 

In nursery we have checked our addresses and stuck on a stamp. 

Some of us had to stand on our tip toes to each the Post Box.
