Muddy Mondays
We have a great time on Mondays when we spend the whole session outside using the school grounds!
We could hear the birds singing so we decieded to try and help them with their nest building by collecting twings and sticks. We decieded that some of our sticks were too big and too heavy for the birds to carry in their tiny beaks!
We went to look for other signs that tell us Spring is on its way... we found buds on plants and shoots from bulbs!
We had a our snack and listened to a story about a nature trail, then we found some footprints and we follwed them! Guess who it was?
It was Geoffrey and Larry and they were stuck high up in the trees! We needed our super powers to get them down!

We collected sticks to make a bonfire and made flames out of ribbon!
We drew lots of big, colourful fireworks all over the Key Stage 1 playground, look at the different shapes and sizes!
We made our own fireworks using ribbons on sticks and did a firework dance!

We planted bulbs and enjoyed hot chocolate with marshmallows!
